Music Ministry
Main Street Baptist Church of Point Pleasant
At Main Street Baptist Church, we are seeking to grow a music ministry to
lead worship and honor the Lord in song.
- Adult Choir. Our Adult Choir, led by Director Koneda Devrick,
generally performs special music and leads the singing during our
Morning Worship each Sunday at 10:30a.m. They practice each Sunday evening
at 7:30p.m.
- Children's Musicals. From time to time, our children have
the opportunity to prepare for and participate in special musical presentations such as
a Christmas program or a special musical or dramatic presentation.
- Worship and Praise Team. Around 2005, we began a praise and worship
team to add a more contemporary flavor of music to our worship experience. Unfortunately,
this effort came to a halt with the loss of its leader. We are currently prayerfully
seeking a volunteer to who feels called of God to lead this ministry.
